يعتبر الممثل الأمريكي سيلفستر ستالون، واحد من أغنى مشاهير هوليوود على الساحة حاليًا، لكن بالعودة إلى مرحلة شبابه، لم يكن يمتلك أي شيء يمكنه من تحقيقه حلمه سوى الموهبة.ونشر الممثل البالغ من العمر 70 عامًا، صورتين عبر حسابه على موقع Instagram، يتذكر من خلالهما حياته وهو في عمر 26 عامًا، حين كان لديه أزمات مادية ويعيش في شقة متواضعة بنيويورك، مع كلبه.

وروى ستالون، واقعة اضطراره لبيع الكلب لسد حاجته المادية ثم شراءه مرة ثانية بعدما تمكن من بيع سيناريو فيلم Rocky الصادر عام 1976.

Since I never went out, I relied on his companionship , And actually it was his idea to write Rocky, but don't tell anyone…. إذ قال إنه في عام 1971، عندما كان فقير هو كلبه، ويعيشان في مكان دون المستوى، لم يكن هناك شيء يفعله سوى الجلوس مع الكلب وبدء تعلم كتابة السيناريو، مشيرًا إلى أن كلبه هو صاحب فكرة فيلم Rocky.
بعدها ذكر أنه اضطر لبيعه مقابل 40 دولار، كي يحصل على طعام، ولكن بعد حدوث المعجزة وبيعه للنص السينمائي، ذهب لاستعادة الكلب مرة ثانية.
